Our annual training plan is based on a number of factors: line and senior managements’ perception of their own departments’ needs; our Health & Safety Advisors’ views regarding areas of weakness and requirements of new legislations.

The principle held by TSL Contractors Ltd is that no employee should be permitted to undertake any task for which he/she has not been thoroughly trained. Wherever possible, we employ apprentices, offering young, local people the opportunity to gain both a qualification and experience in their chosen field, leading to a full-time position with excellent prospects.
