The aim of the Directors of TSL Contractors Limited, is to continue to strengthen the company for the benefit of its shareholders, its employees, and the communities in which it operates, whilst fulfilling its responsibilities in respect of health & safety and the environment. We can only achieve consistent progress if we have a strong, enthusiastic workforce and the Management are able to motivate the personnel. Therefore, all employees are valued in their own right and are to be encouraged in all aspects of their employment, resulting in a skilled long-standing workforce.

For a company of its size, TSL Contractors Ltd is a very complicated and complex one. A characteristic derived from our island origins, and our main objectives remain to maintain the highest standards wherever possible whilst still achieving best value for our clients.
